GENERAL

Q: Will I be allowed to leave and re-enter the Festival?
A: No, there is no re-entry allowed.

Q: What are the event times?
A: 6:30pm-2:00am Daily

Q: Will set times and a map of the show be released in advance?
A: Set times and map will come closer to event.

Q: Can I apply for a media pass?
A: Visit the Get Involved page for more info.

Q: Can I wear a mask to the event?
A: Yes masks and face masks are allowed!

Q: What is/isn’t allowed inside the event?
A: See full list of guidelines here.

Q: Can I bring a GoPro?
A: No. Video cameras and professional recording equipment are not allowed. GoPro’s fall into this category.

Q: Can I bring marijuana?
A: Marijuana, marijuana products, and associated paraphernalia are not allowed inside the convention center.

Q: Can I bring totems/rage sticks?
A: Totems are not allowed inside per venue policy.

Q: When will the schedule be released?
A: Set times will come closer to event date.

Q: Will there be handicap sections?
A: ADA sections will be available. More details to come closer to the event.

Q: Can I bring a CamelBak or Hydration Pack?
A: Hydration packs with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment—must be empty upon entry.

TICKETS

Q: Will tickets be sold at the event?
A: If the festival does not sell out in advance, tickets will be available at the box office at a higher price on show date. Do not buy tickets from scalpers. Beware of frauds.

Q: I haven’t received my tickets in my account yet, when will they be delivered?
A: All General Admission tickets will be delivered within 2 weeks of purchase. Any orders on a Payment Plan will be delivered once all payments have been made in full, no later than December 21st, 2023.

Q: Can I upgrade my GA ticket to VIP?
A: Yes. VIP upgrades available on site.

Q: Can I pay off my payment plan tickets early?
A: You can pay off your payment plan early through the AXS app or site.
